Human rights are like armour they protect you, they are like rules, because they tell you how you can behave and they are like judges, because you can appeal to them. They are abstract - like emotions, and like emotions, they belong to everyone and they exist no matter what happens.We are all people and as such we should all have the same rigths and opportunities regardless of age , race , gender , sexuality or cultural background. Without equality of opportunity we cannot progress as a society.
It is that we feel that there is no difference between ourselves and anybody else.If we know more about cultures and religions , we are better able to deal with each other.Equality real, true equality would be that everyone would be given the opportunity to better themselves and their life's and help when it's needed but this is not the case and there will always be people that society pretends don't exist, don't want to help, judge and leave 'out in the cold.
